Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (MCT) Oil
MCT (Medium-Chain Triglyceride) oil provides moisture and is made of fatty acids (like C8 & C10) that yeast and fungus, such as the Malassezia yeast, cannot use for fuel, unlike longer-chain oils (like coconut/olive oil) that can worsen symptoms by feeding the yeast/fungus.
Simmondsia Chinensis Seed (Jojoba) Oil
Technically a liquid wax — not an oil — meaning Malassezia yeast cannot break it down for fuel. Jojoba mimics the skin's natural sebum, regulating oil production and delivering long-lasting moisture without clogging pores or aggravating fungal skin conditions.
Vitis Vinifera Seed (Grapeseed) Oil
An ultra-light oil rich in linoleic acid (Omega-6) — a fatty acid skin affected by seborrheic dermatitis is clinically known to be deficient in. Grapeseed oil helps restore that balance, strengthening the skin barrier and calming inflammation without a greasy residue.
Citrus Sinensis Peel (Sweet Orange) Oil
Cold-pressed from orange peel and naturally rich in limonene, Sweet Orange Oil carries proven antifungal properties that help suppress Malassezia activity — while leaving a clean, fresh scent without the harshness of synthetic antifungals.
Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Fruit (Bergamot) Oil
FCF (furanocoumarin-free) means the photosensitive compounds have been removed, making it safe for skin use. Bergamot delivers clinically studied anti-inflammatory and antifungal benefits — reducing the redness, itching, and scaling that define seborrheic dermatitis flare-ups.
Citrus Limon Peel (Steam Distilled Lemon) Oil
Rich in antifungal compounds and natural astringents that help normalize excess sebum production — one of the key triggers of Malassezia overgrowth. Steam distillation removes photosensitive compounds, making it safe for topical use while keeping its clarifying benefits intact.
Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf (Rosemary) Oil
One of nature's most studied scalp oils. Rosemary has been shown in clinical research to stimulate circulation, reduce dandruff-causing fungal activity, and support hair follicle health — a powerful ally for scalp seborrheic dermatitis and the hair thinning that often follows.
